This salad is an upgrade to how you eat watermelons, It can be your breakfast, snack… whatever you like there are no rules to it.

Serves : 2-3 people
- 1/4 of a watermelon; diced and deseeded
- 3/4 cucumber, diced
- 40 gm Feta cheese
- Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- Mint leaves & roasted pumpkin seeds for garnish
- Pinch of salt
- In a bowl, add watermelon & cucumbers. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix everything together. Top it off with feta, mint leaves and roasted pumpkin seeds.
